You Have It. Consume It. Enjoy It.
When the Creator first told me about his Double Super Secret Experiment #X-13 Habanero Horseradish, without blinking an eye I ordered 3 or 4 cases - and not to sell, just for my own consumption. And that’s without trying it, but I have faith in the Creator (now that’s scary) and trust him with my tastebuds - plus he knows just how much Habby Horse I consume. So the promise of a hotter Habby Horse had my interest and I couldn’t wait to dive into the cases when they first arrived.

3 jars into a case and I finally took the time to write a review - granted these are smaller jars then the Habby, but X-13 packs a mean wallop. It has the same flavor of the Habby Horse (review here & here) but with an added bonus: increased front heat and a longer tail. The heat hits like a kick from a horse and the tail lasts about 2 to 3 times as long as the Habby Horse. Within 2 bites of an X-13 burger, I had tears in my eyes and my nose was running - all good signs!

Another great creation from the Creator. If you’d like a few cases for yourself, run, don’t walk to DefconSauces.com and order yours today - X-13 is a one time only run and once it’s gone, it’s gone!
OK, due to the outrageous response to our Habanero Horseradish products, we’re going to try something a little different (would you know me any other way?). We are unveiling the “DEFCON Creator’s Double Super Secret Experiment #X-13 Habanero Horseradish“. This is a ONE-TIME run! We only have about 16 cases of this lovely stuff. Due to the fact that most of my friends who have become our professional guinea pigs for the last couple of years now have a bit of trepidation instilled in them, and they don’t want to taste test this stuff (I will have to re-indoctrinate them soon). We are inviting you to become our “test subjects”, as this is a test marketing trial. The best part about this is that it’s CHEAP AS HELL! These jars are 7 ounce jars, and the prices are as follows:
1st Jar of X-13 is $5.00
2nd Jar of X-13 is $4.00
3rd Jar of X-13 is $3.00
4th Jar of X-13 is $2.00
5th Jar of X-13 is $1.00
If you want a 6th, WE’LL THROW IT IN FOR FREE!!!Any more than 6 we will use the list above to calculate the total from there.
Now, the multiple savings has to be made on a single order, and there will be postage on top of this, but man, what a savings. Now, please eat this stuff, as I will not be numbering or signing any of them, THEY ARE TO BE DEVOURED! Now, after you have tasted this stuff, I would appreciate your feedback, whether it’s good or bad.
I hope you enjoy our newest creation, and look forward to hearing from you.
Creator out………………

Here is my early experience with X-13, having consumed some on fittinly Friday the 13th. First off I grew up having horseradish once a year on Passover, a high holy jewish holiday. I used it on gefilte fish, which is like a spongee white stone in gelatinous ooze. Not a pretty sight for those that have never tried it. Since my parents instilled the taste of said fish on my taste buds, it is like old hat to me. So we used to cover the gefilte fish in the horseradish and had a tasty little treat.
Since I did not have the gefilte fish, I was left pondering what else I have had horseradish on, and was left without an answer. Outside of Roy Rogers delicious horsey sauce, I had no clue what to eat it with.
The picture of Nick’s burger seemed like a good idea, but I didn’t want to wait for the meat to cook, so I needed another treat to try it with. So I grabbed a slice of baby swiss and dabbed a small amount onto it. My first reaction was it wasn’t as hot as I thought. The same reaction when I had the habby horse. It just wasn’t hot to me. I tried more and more and before I realized what was happening the flavor snuck up on me and I was really enjoying this little snack. I just don’t find it hot, but the flavor is wonderful as was the habby and pony. Another excellent product. I think my Dad would love this stuff. I just don’t know what to eat it with.
I know the Creator mentioned tunafish to me, but that just doesn’t make me smack my lips. I am going to have to play with this stuff a little more and find a nice recipe before I use it all on some more cheese. Now I need to make a burger, better yet, I need to go to Fuddruckers and use one of their great burgers and plop some down on it.
We are oficially sold out of the X-13 horseradish as of a few days ago. Just wanted to post this to save anyone’s time who is trying to order it.

You getting a bit of stage fright there Bret?
Just pretend there is a camera nearby ![]()
jOHN…THAT IS REAL GOOD STUFF…I’m a pollack…make my own horseradish…eat it more than hot sauce……now take this serious..I took 3 fresh beets, roasted them in the oven for 1 hour wrapped in foil at 400 degrees….let them cool..peelede and skined them…put them in a food processor 1 min…added your x-13…30 seconds more…it is unbeliveable….you have seen red horseradish in the stores….all it is, is beets added….you take that mix and put it on a ham sandwich………….
…….thats killer in fact I think i’ll grill up some pork chops ..pour it on!!
By the way use 3 small beets a little bigger than a golf ball

Can we use golf balls instead of the beets?
Parker I will strip and chop 3 golf balls ….use in industrial Burr mixer….
add it to the x-13…..if you would go on video and eat a spoon…!!!

We have a couple of cases left! Get ‘em while they’re HOT!
Nick (and 5-6 others) have solidified what we were looking for, a longer burn time, and it seems we got it right. He’s also correct that this is a ONE-TIME run. If you’re curious, just get one, but the more you get, the cheaper it is.
