Our “Industrial Strength” SUPERMASH has a great ‘freight train’ effect that starts off slow but just keeps coming. It’s “the” MASH for those of you that thinks that our PEPPERMASH and Jalapenomash is for kids. This tasty blend of Jalapeno and Habenero peppers will produce a quick endorphin rush for those brave enough to withstand its 12 to 20 minute burn time. This product also has the distinction of announcing its departure (Ladies and Gentlemen, the SUPERMASH has left the building…). Yes, this product should come with an “Adult Supervision†advisory panel. Enjoy it at your own discretion.
Oh where to start. Nick sent me this awhile ago. I was looking for the right opportunity to use it but none worked its way up for awhile. So after a busy day, hard pressed for time and to get some dinner ready, I took the easy route and just cooked up some chicken nuggets. I felt bad that this was sitting in the pantry for awhile and thought there was no better time than now to give this a go.
In go the nuggets and out comes the Dr. Gonzo’s SUPERMASH. I pop the top of this sauce and well……..this is where things get interesting.
Let’s take a step back before we get into it. This sauce comes in a 12oz jar – not a 5oz woozy, remember that. Take a look at the jar. For you Yanks its almost worth it for the barcode alone. Curious…….? Then buy one. Next, once that seal is cracked there is no going back. The first big whiff created such a drool in my mouth it was unreal. I can’t recall a sauce smelling so good. I had to practically have my hands tied back as to not dive right into this until the nuggets were done.
This is a winning condiment on every level. Well after a long 20 minutes the food was ready. If I had to wait any longer for this sauce to pour from a bottle I would go crazy. I took a spoon and scooped it right onto the plate. It was green, it was chunky, it was fresh, it was unbelievable. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the heat level due to the habs. Turns out the heat isn’t what you have to worry about. It’s the flavour. My hot sauce hottie and I could not stop eating it. And she doesn’t even like hot food. You can’t tip it over and pour it out. You have to scoop it out with a spoon. And every mouthful is a blast of incredible flavour. If you need to know the heat level it is medium but the taste is indescribable good. This sauce also has a very good garlic punch to it as well.
Ingredients: Jalapeno & Habaneros, Onions, Garlic, Sugar, Vinegar, Lime Juice, Salt
Not sure where Dr. Gonzo came from. But wherever it is he sure did his homework. This is a winning condiment on every level. From the packaging, to the ingredients, to the aroma, taste and heat.
If you buy one sauce this year, give this one a try but I will suggest you may want to buy two though.

Packaging 10/10 – Perfect
Aroma 10/10 – Wear a bib once you open it
Appearance 10/10 – You can see a piece of every ingredient – jalapenos, habaneros, garlic, onions
Taste 1010 – Perfect balance of all ingredients
Heat 5/10 – Perfectly Medium
Overall 10/10 – A hot sauce\condiment at its finest

That looks great! I bet it would be great in a homemade tequila lime chicken, cheese, and fresh veggie quesadilla! YUMMY!
And thanks Anthony! Although a good review never hurts!
That is assuming you only have good things to say about us or rather our products!
I guess I will have to wait for your reviews to find out! ![]()

Thanks Anthony, we are glad you enjoyed our “Industrial Strength” Supermash. Great pictures (although I did detect some saliva on the plate next to the nuggets).
We will be sending in some our our ‘kicking’ mustards to Nick in the next batch of goodies (make sure that he shares).
