I've found that cooking with precise amounts of the "Professional Grade" Habeneromash infuses the recipe (Black Bean Chili, hot/cheesy Soppy Joes, smoking stuffings) with a suffuse heat without over powering the food group that you're playing with. Man, my hat's off to you for eating that omlette!! ;)) LOL! Well, you won't have to worry about any of those pesky internal parasites for a few days.
