It doesn't have the bite of the red sauce but if you aren't looking for all the heat and more of the flavor this is your sauce. It is as close as you can get to cutting up fresh peppers and putting them on your favorite dishes, and this sauce goes with just about anything. So maybe the raters last line of "you may love it" should read "you will love it".
