snip
Ebesse Zozo is Togolese for hot pepper and gets its fiery heat from the Habanero pepper, which is native to Africa.
snip

No good continuing inaccurate information.....ALL chiles are native to the Americas. Habanero means from Havana; Havana is not Africa.

Habaneros may be grown in Africa and there may be strains developed there, but they are native to the Americas.

Just thought I’d clear some things up here. Edmond uses an organic vegatable boullion. Ingredients are: Yeast Extract, Sea Salt, Potato Starch, Non-Hydrogenated Sunflower Oil, Natural Calcium Carbonate, Leeks, Carrots, Tumeric, Nutmeg, Parsley, Celery Leaves.

Thank you Denzel, now I must have it

Hey thanks Buddah, I'm glad you liked it. Believe it or not the Habaneros in that sauce are grown up here in the great white north. I think you'll like the Fire Hazard too, it's more of a Caribbean style. I tried to make it as hot as I could and still have it taste good.

Denzel, just wanted to say that I picked up your Dangerous Goods and Fire Hazard at JJ's at the Weekend of Fire based on the review you received here. Well although I haven't tried the Fire Hazard yet, (I have so many to sample and limited frig space) your Dangerous Goods was kick arse. I absolutely loved the flavor, well done. Now I know why your hot sauce won a scovie.

I considered that , but I knew someone else (you or Lars) would ask what's in the boullion? I try to avoid it, but like xanthan gum, potasium sorbate and many other unnatural substances they are in many things. I'm not a nature boy or anything, but you do get kind of spoiled working at a Farmer's Market every Sunday.

Check out what makes up most bouillon. This is something that should have been parenthetically broken down. Most bouillon is extremely high in MSG.

If I am not mistaken, he uses a msg-free bouillon. I am fairly sure that my bosses asked prior to carrying the sauce.
