Great review Nick, and great product truth! I was lucky enough to have received a small sample of this to try in exchange for some of the Gatorman jerky, and I have to say that it beats my stuff easily! (like that’s hard to do, I know! ) As Ryan stated, the texture is perfect. Not tough and chewy like a lot of stuff, just right. The fact that it uses the Toxic in the marinade is just a bonus! And one thing nobody has touched on yet, the packaging is great! I love the slogan and the label.

Truth, you have a winner here man, keep up the good work!

Some may think I”m swayed to like this jerky because it is made with the toxic. I can assure you all if it was terrible I would probably just keep my mouth shut but to be honest, this jerky is fantastic. Great chewability, great flavor and nice heat. Good job truth and nice write up Nick.

Good review Nick. I had the pleasure of trying some of this as well, and I love it. Most jerky is pretty rough and tough, this stuff is enjoyable to chew. Great jerky from a great guy.

On a side note, Emmon’s Meat Market is still in business.
