I was lucky enough to have received a small sample of this to try in exchange for some of the Gatorman jerky, and I have to say that it beats my stuff easily! (like that's hard to do, I know! ;) ) As Ryan stated, the texture is perfect. Not tough and chewy like a lot of stuff, just right. The fact that it uses the Toxic in the marinade is just a bonus! And one thing nobody has touched on yet, the packaging is great! I love the slogan and the label. Truth, you have a winner here man, keep up the good work! Great review Nick, and great product truth! I can assure you all if it was terrible I would probably just keep my mouth shut but to be honest, this jerky is fantastic. Great chewability, great flavor and nice heat.
