You are making my trip next year to FF a busy one. I will have to visit their booth and see for myself. I am quite intrigued now. I have seen this bottle a couple of times and never thought twice about it. Goes to show how important the HSB can be for a product. Well Steve it was some fine reading again, great job. Nice, clean habanero taste and I LOVE that! That being said it could use a little more sweetness but as a habanero sauce in itself it shines! If you take his advice and detach Florida from the U.S. map, someone please tow it to Virginia and park it in my back yard. I love FL !!!' No worries Steve! As soon as I finish sawing through the panhandle, I'll drop it off on the shores of VA! lol ‘Before jumping into the review, I feel compelled to rebut the remarks of my Florida-hating friend, Lars. The fact that this is an award winning sauce really supports some recent blog entries about how subjective sauces can be and if a sauce that got a 1st in competition gets slammed on the blog, what does that say about the sauces that took 2nd or 3rd place in the same competition? Nothing! I really have to draw a comparison of hot sauces to wines in terms of what people think is good, bad and otherwise. Quite simply it's all about pallette. I've had $100 bottles of wine that were so so and $10 bottles that were great. But that is just MY opinion. Same thing with sauces and awards and Howlin' Jalapeno proves it. Anyway, I love anything with Scotch Bonnets, so I will have to try that! SM

florida could fall off the US and i wouldnt mind one bit. :D

i have had the memphis mojo made with scotch bonnet peppers (cant remember what one it was) and i have to say it was a really good sauce. decent heat, good flavor, very universal. i recommend that one and now i have to get this one and compare. cant wait.
