This sauce is my absolute favourite of all of the sauces we make. You'll be pleased to know that what you received is a sample jar. We only sell them individually at our retail outlet up here in Canada, so, what you threw out, is technically a collectors' item down there.

Btw, you should know that we would have marinated that chicken in our Hurricane Mash or Goat Pepper Mash (when we can get it) for an hour or so before slathering on the JC.
