Smack My Ass and Call Me Sally Hot Sauce

It’s hot, and it doesn’t taste very good. 700,000 scoville units just seems like an odd number. The Mad Dog .357 is a much cooler bottle (and better tasting) at 600,000 and something like Jersey Death will really Smack Sally’s ass in the heat department.

Ingredients: Tomato Paste, Pepper Extract, Vinegar, Molasses, Soy Sauce, Salt.

Smack My Ass and Call Me Sally Hot Sauce

The sauce is the embodiement of all that is bad tasting about extract and will further continue to turn people off of a super hot simply cause it tastes awful.

Outside of the novelty factor this one can be passed on. Go for something over 1 Million or go for a better tasting less hot extract sauce.

I bought a bottle of this a few months ago. It didn’t seem the heat level was anywhere near 700,000 scoville units. I thought Mad Dog Inferno was hotter and its only rated at 83,000 if I recall correctly. Maybe I got a bad batch?

The taste was similar to Mad Dog Inferno I guess because of the molasses base and heavy extract taste. Actually I think I liked the taste of this a little better than Mad Dog Inferno, but thats not really saying much.

There are certainly plenty of sauces out there that taste better and are hotter.
