The reason we came up with "Flavor *Before* Fire" is that 4 of our 6 sauces have little or no heat and are all based on the flavorful, sweet ancho chile. Once again our apologies. Brought some home with me. Didn't feel good about the perceived 'dig' at CaJohn though, who's longtime motto has been "Flavor *with* fire" but believe it to be un-intentional.
