While I prefer the Fiery Frillneck Hiss with tortilla chips, I think Morning Afterburn goes pretty well with chips too. My wife and I are frequently eating chips and our hot sauces late into the night.

For a matter of clarification, all of our sauces of quirky Australian themed names. If you spend any time Down Under, you will become acquainted with the Kookaburra. For the idea behind "Morning Afterburn", check our Not exactly appetizing, but again, quirky Australian humor.

We thank Ethan for his honest opinion. I know there is a lot of love for the sauces. Both of the reviewed sauces have won several awards in Australia and the Pacific region. It is great to hear that there are fans in the US too.

We sent a sample of all of our sauces to HSB, so hopefully the next reviewer will be more satisfied. Cheers!

Heat-wise I was happy. I think the Morning Afterburn is mislabeled, but it had enough heat for my tastes.

I'm sorry you didn't like the fact that I ate the sauce on Tostitos, but I firmly believe that a good sauce will taste great on its intended target (white meat, or whatever) AND straight from the bottle or on chips. Chips don't exactly detract from the taste, so I think it's fair. In fact, that's almost always the way I try new hot sauces. Once I've had them on a chip or two I move onto using them on a meal.

Also, please keep in mind that this review is just one guy's opinion. I wasn't "a bit harsh," I simply gave you my opinion. Your mileage may vary (and obviously it does :) ) Looks like Lars likes the sauces too, so maybe I'm in the minority here, and there's nothing wrong with that.

Long time reader first time poster.

I think you have gone abit harsh on morning afterburn.
This is in one of my top 10 sauces.
It is a white meat sauce not designed to be eaten with “Tostitos”.
It goes great on pork and chicken. I personally can not fault morning after burn. It definately isn’t a 10/10 for heat maybe a 6 or a 7. A nice piece of roast pork or some chicken work great with this. I regularly use it on chicken wings. I have used it in stir frys. This sauce rates a 9 out of 10. It is one of the best sauces I have tried.

If you want some heat from this company go with the turbo charge.

I have a review of the Chilli Factory Sweet Chilli sauce, and yes in there I explain the '415' ... lol

Strange you didn't like their products all too much. Their sweet chilli sauce is the best I've had of that type of sauce from a bottle. -Lars-

The 415 is its E-Number. E-Numbers are food additive codes used in EU countries...
