<description>Thanks Clint for the review. Of all the products that Lorena and I developed for The SalsaKing, this was my real baby. I was going after the true flavors of the SouthWest, using native plants that were available and used by the local indigenate Anasazi people. One of my favorite things to do is visit ruins left by these people in and around Arizona, and Colorado. Here the Archeologist geeks have determined what was in early Native Americans diets (you don't want to know what they analyzed)((What a weird job)) and this sauce was my attempt to create something functional using those same foods. This sauce is perfect to cook with. Game, just like our ancestors, pork, duck, etc. Slather it on and slow cook it, Great stuff. Truly a unique sauce, like a lot of our other products, there ain't nothing else like it ANYWHERE.
