Although "smoke flavoring" is not included in the ingredients listed on either, I think the "natural flavors" listing is likely the culprit. I've never liked smoke flavoring in anything and I think both sauces would be better without it. But that is only my opinion and both of these sauces have won numerous awards, so what do I know?
