Good compact review…that’s it in a nutshell. I have this hot sauce at my desk at work and decided to look it up. I agree that it’s not really even hot enough to be hot sauce, and the flavor is just blah. It’s not horrible as in bad tasting, it just doesn’t live up to quality hot sauce standards.

I agree with you Aaron. Vinegar and heat is not my personal idea of a quality hot sauce. I want some flavor in there to and limited vinegar taste. Nice review:)

I don’t mind a little vinegar in my sauces but I agree that it is over done these days. I like it but if that is all I wanted in my sauce then a gallon of vinegar is under $2 at the store! haha I’m one to try something at least once but this will be far down my list if I happen to get to it.

Same here, you only need one bottle of the vinegar in your house. I mean you MIGHT use it but theres way too much vinegar sauces out there and too litle of it being used in normal everyday eating.

I always look at the label, and unless its a strong extract sauce, I run from all signs of vinager.

Thanks for the review Jim, sounds like one for me to stay away from. I don’t mind vinegar in a sauce, but it should never overpower the other flavors. It should just enhance them.
