<description>Hello! I hope you can help me a little. I am a fan of almost anything fiery-hot and have chosen to do my research paper on the rise in popularity of hot sauces in recent years. My problem is that I am having trouble finding a yearly comparison to illustrate that Americans are loving their spice now more than ever. Any advice?

Thank you,
