lol…. Got home about 6:30 a.m, illegals kill me, I guess our contract cleaning crew is all illegal. 14 out of the 44 showed up last night…. So all the management got to do some hard work for once…lol…. All I can say is Run Forrest I mean Juan Run….

I work at a processing plant where there are quite a few hispanics as well. Should be interesting to see if anything happens as a result! They had a raid a few years ago and I heard it was NOT pretty!

Wendy would have if she didn’t have to work, she hit the sales right after she got off though. She requested the day after Christmas off so she could hit the streets, she’s meeting up with her Aunt and planning a full on attack of the Christmas mark downs- gonna be ugly! I am staying far far away.

Between CaJohn and Jim, we recieved 15 gallons of PREMIUM mash and a gallon of extract is due tommorow. Let me elaborate, Jims mash is so highly superior, it makes making sauce easy. No fighting the salt, and you get what you pay for. Also 4 pints of Fatalli mash will make for some absolutly DEADLY jerky.
Running a little late for Christmas, but it will be a happy new year for all !!!
