Thanks to the Torchbearer Sauces Cookbook for this recipe.

Ingredients:
3-4 Sweet Potatoes
4 tablespoons Torchbearer Sauces #11 Sugar Fire
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons cream or milk
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Cut sweet potatoes into pieces roughly 1 1/2″ on a side. Boil for 20 minutes or until soft, drain.

In a large skillet melt the butter and add brown sugar, cream or milk, salt and Sugar Fire Sauce. Simmer on a low heat until sauce reaches desired thickness.

Gently toss cooke sweet potatoes with sauce & serve.
