I've got over 100 open bottles in the fridge, all of which I use, half of which rank in the top 50 for heat. My all time favorite is "The Man," which you can get a taste of at Dixies in Bellevue Washington, and is a private brew. I wonder if my 50 habanera salsa counts? We've been trying hot sauces for years, over a decade at least. I'd estimate at least 200 or more, but who knows? It's a lot, to be sure.
