Way to go!
You may even be responsible for putting a little color back into all those pasty-white, New York winter, faces after they stop by your place.

What caught my eye Nick, was the part about the ’soon to open retail location’. Got any details on that? :-)

Oh, lots of em. We’ve been looking for the “right” space for the past 2 years, trying to hone in on the right area and space - then on top of that, the spots we’ev found that we’ve loved have gotten scooped up before we can get in on them.

But good news is that we’ve got the legal stuff, the contractor and most of the $$$ to get it done - it’s just about timing now…

Preach on brother, preach on!!

Best of luck getting the brick and mortar thing happening.

It’s a scary proposition, believe me, but that day to day interaction with people is what it’s all about.

Seeing repressed chileheads walk into my store and watching their jaws drop when they see close to 400 products on the store shelves is absolutely priceless.

Not much in the way of fiery food stores in this part of the world and a lot of people walk in and say they’ve “died and gone to heaven”, an albeit fiery heaven, but heaven nonetheless.

I personally think there is hot sauce in heaven and if I make it up there (it might be touch and go on that proposition), I’ll be sneaking in a few bottles of my favorites, just to spice things up a bit!!

You da man Nick!!

Most definitely good luck! With all the bumps it seems you’ve run into in 2 years, perhaps it’s just reinforcing the saying, “Good things come to those who wait”.
