That Red Sauce, by HEB

Smoked Jalapeno Salsa, by Pain is Good

The smokey scent here actually makes this smell a lot like a barbecue sauce, which I don't think I have ever actually encountered in a salsa before.

User-Friendly Habanero Hot Sauce, by Slap You Silly

This is one of the more complex sauces I've had in recent memory, and the multiple layers of onion, sweet pepper, and habanero flavor are impressive.

The Murph’s Famous Bloody Mary Mix

According to Murph, they simmer the mix, just like a good pasta sauce, before they bottle it. I think that really evokes the flavor of the tomatoes, and brings the sauce together.

I was actually a bit surprised to see Chipotle and Ketchup included in the list here, as I figured this would likely end up as just a sweet and tart mustard sauce, but we'll see how those being added in adjust the flavor.
