Last hotsauce I had was some of my own scotch bonnet sauce (with clemetines and chipotles - very nice!) The last proprietary one would have been (liberal amounts of) Blair’s Original Death Sauce on a grilled cheese sandwich

I’ve been lurking for over a year… Can’t think quite where I ran into hotsauceblog… probably found sweatnspice and linked across from there.

Depends. Bath if I’m at home… mainly because we don’t have a shower…

I might go fr a few beers on a Friday (like half the world), but aside from that, I’m generally at home with Mrs and Baby K… and usually working harder than I do during the week trying to get the house back in order.

Peppers in the main. I’m growing a LOT of peppers, and there aren’t many readilly available decent sauces in this part of the UK, so I don’t get to buy as many of the sauces as I’d like unless I make the effort to order online and then stay home from work to pick up the packages. I tend to use hotsauces that lend themselves well to being added on the side, and tend to do that.

Party time - leave fridays land at home on sundays

usually just add hot sauce on top - no cooking for fear of fumes

Ben & jerry’s apple pie (limited)

Tuna Mac & Cheese.. Tabasco was the last sauce i used.. but i like to add Blairs 3Am to a lot of the things i try and cook

Party time.. Head to my home town and hunt down my friends go do some drinkin either at a house or the bar..

Used to be Cap n’ Coke or Dos XX Amber, but qiute a few mn ago (no self control), switched to chili sauce!

Breakfast sandwich with my own sauce (mix of peppers I grew 2 yrs ago, canned chipotle & ~1tsp of 3am in a 5oz bottle)

kristi in my UPS shipment there is a box from NJ. Thought at first it was from Blair.Then I remeber his boxes are white this was brown and it smells like kitty litter. Alright who’s the clown.LOL
