In case you haven't seen it, there's a scene where Selena & her husband are in a pizza place, and her husband pulls out his own bottle of Cholula and empties practically the whole thing onto his slice in spite of Selena's warning. As he goes into some kind of fit after swallowing it, she is clearly getting ready to say "I told you so" as soon as he's finished, but before she can, he just exclaims "Boy, that was good!" I look forward to trying each and every one of those sauces on pizza before long (I have some Marie Sharpe's prepared already). By the way... there's a pizza chain in Chicago called Edwardo's that serves what they call "International" pizzas. On my most recent trip there I sampled their "Thai" pizza, which contains a very healthy portion of hot sauce baked in addition to the usual list of ingredients. Check it out if you get the chance!
