You’d probably hate my store’s website. All I can say in its defense is that it’s something I cobble together in my spare time and I don’t have a computer programming background.
Also, you left out the worst website mistake a website designer-cum-content-provider can make: no copy-editing.

]]>Re 6C: In your example, they really should be using alt tags, but it really isn’t considered bad to put a single (they did put three or four…) of the text white on white not so long ago.
Re 7: I showed that website around, and it turned out like I expected. The techy folks hated it, but the nontechy folks loved it to no end. They were amused by the talking flash guy.
Also, the site in #7 has spelling/grammar mistakes right there. That really shoud be on the list as well.
