Ive made wings before, but ive never made my own wing suace, I ussually end up just dipping them in hotsauce.
I’m making some Defcon and Wing Time Garlic wings for the superbowl. Should be nice and tasty!!!

Look burnt on one side and undercooked on the other, maybe it’s just me….. Or maybe I’m just so stuffed nothing looks good right now….. Well I could go for some more Mac & Cheese…..HMMMMMMMM

Sorry to say Nick, after asking difficult questions in the original thread, I’m not going to get a chance to ‘wing it’ in time for the deadline…
…mainly because buying habaneros around here is impossible, and I’m fresh out of the ones I gre last year!
Expect something for the second annual wing-off, though!
