We were pleasantly surprised to see our sauce in your list of ingredients. I especially liked the part about serving with a generous amount of AMHS on the side but that's just the capitalist pig in me. The recipe looks great and my wife, Wendy, has already ran out the door to pick-up the necessary ingredients to cook up your delicious tasting recipe tonight. We are new to the hot sauce industry (kinda) but have met some really great people in the short time that we have been around. We can't wait to hit some of the festivals and meet some of the great cooks like Sam in the near future. Great job Sam and we'll let you know what the carnivorous animals (we have 1 vegetarian in our home...hopefully she'll come to her senses soon) in my house think our your recipe.
