There are worse problems you could have. My fridge looks the same. But I somehow ended up with two open bottles of Baboon Ass Brand Gone Rabid and two Ultimate Insanity sauces. I hope all the capsiasin is not affecting my memory or affecting my memory.

I also have a huge hot sauce collection, altho' most are not in the refrigerator and haven't been for years. Still fine to eat. Haven't poisoned anyone yet!

I continue to buy bottles and enjoy those, and little packets of dried chile that friends send me, on a daily basis.

I have pictures of my hot sauce collection too but they are not at my website yet. If you want to see, email me privately. I've got them ready to send.

Talk about a refrigerator that looks disasterous. Mine included. I just cleaned it out a few minutes ago. Disgusting.

I do have a few things in there that are spicy - pickled garlic, chinese chile paste, sambal, pickled jalapenos, pepper jellies (assorted), Peach Habanero Jam from Meadow View Farms in Bowers, PA - assorted other things. A few ripe jalapenos too.

Anyway, great blog. Glad I found it.

My website has quite a few spicy recipes. For perusal. They are in there with all the rest.

More impressive is how neat the racks look. With all our sauces plus the food, our fridge always looks disastrous inside.
