Hello. My name is John. I’m a hot sauce addict.
It all started about 20 years ago. A cold pork chop. No microwave oven. And a bottle of tabasco sauce. What can I say, I was just a kid. I didn’t know any better. And things just kind of went from there. I’ve been acquiring hot sauces for daily use for a few years now, and have just gotten into actually collecting sauces.
I’ll be reviewing hot sauces on a scale from 1.0 to 10.0. I figure more significant digits would just be silly. My rating reflects how much I enjoyed the sauce. I’m not one for packaging, marketing, or hype - so I won’t take those into consideration at all. I’ll also try to give an assessment of where a sauce would be good, to help out those whose tastes don’t follow mine.

Favorite Type of Sauce: Habanero. Though I’m a sucker for complex, interesting flavors mixed in.

Smilies - HSB Rules & Regs - Spamtastic?
Hey John, as you have tried the hot, have you by chance tasted the the Very Hot or X-treme that I sent in the sample pack?. I can tell that you like it hot and are not to fond of the vinegar style sauces. But they have less of the vinagar flavor and a lot more heat. The Habanero flavor is a lot more prominentin with these sauces. As I’ve stated before my product is still in the works, and from the marketing stand point, I think you can see that. The web site I’m working on but the look of the labels and bottles are a lot better.
