I have been planning a wings lunch for my workplace. We have been using franks hot sauce and have been marinating the wings in that along with carlil's transportation hot sauce mixed in . Instead of frying the wings we BBQ'd them. And I say I rather eat them dry and crispy rather than wet and slimy. I am interested in trying to try this recipe, thank you for you're contribution.
