1st Annual HSB Wing Off - Entry #5

Here’s my wings, I don’t really have a recipe but I did order some sauce to use, they are as follows;

Secret Recipe: 5 different flavors where used.
1. CaJohn’s Nate Dog Asian
2. CaJohn’s Nate Dog BBQ
3. Defcon 2
4. Blair’s Original Death 2/3 cup sauce 1/3 cup Butter
5. Franks Hot Sauce 2/3 cup sauce 1/3 cup Butter

Fried wings at 400 degrees for 12 minutes….Perfect

All sauces where heated before mixing with wings.

The creative name is Mt. Wing

All sauces had great review’s, even the cheap $1.56 Franks….lol…

Friday night I cooked up 30 lbs of wings, the picture shows the 3rd and final platter that was made, nothing fancy just allot of good eating…… It’s easy to cook so much when you have a industrial size fryer ;-)

I have been planning a wings lunch for my workplace. We have been using franks hot sauce and have been marinating the wings in that along with carlil’s transportation hot sauce mixed in . Instead of frying the wings we BBQ’d them. And I say I rather eat them dry and crispy rather than wet and slimy. I am interested in trying to try this recipe, thank you for you’re contribution.
