Hello fellow Bloggers,
My name is Ed and some of you may know me as ChileHeadEd on the Blog. I have been entrusted with the supreme responsibility of posting reviews for your reading pleasure. I will strive to fullfill this ardous task to best of my ability! Although I know this will entail endless grueling hours of tasting delicious sauces and many trips to fun and unusual Hot sauce related events, I am willing to make the sacrifices neccasary to bring you the best possible information I can. I promise to be fair, accurate and truthfull. I am sure you wont always agree with me, but you know what they say about opinions! At the least I hope I will be mildly entertaining, and at best possibly informative! I love this Blog and you guys and hopefully this is my chance to give a little back,

Don’t know but I did get my address and photo to Blair’s site a while ago. I think that it is the greatest gift of late for me. Great job Blair.

Sounds like hes going to blow the roof off in 2007, You got an extra Beyond death you want to sell….?
I wish, that is some of those(few) I spoke about earlier. I do believe there is a few still out there for sale.
