I know my daughter would love that, but we couldn’t give her up unless y’all could talk her brothers into helping us…which would be like “10” being an everyday table sauce at IHOP.

Big Dawg & Candy- it was so nice to finally meet you! If everyone in Texas is as nice as you then I will enjoy living there! Alexis- great job on the photos and video! Don’t worry, if the Tamales make you an honorary tamale I won’t let them corrupt you like they have done to me. 😉

Jack, I know the feeling. VISTA SUCKS!!! I just got a new tower after the motherboard exploded on the last one last week and I HATE IT! I’m trying to get a friend of mine to wipe it out and replace this crap with XP.
Vista – big mistake. Always wait for the first Service pack. I might be able to get you XP if needed

It certainly was great to meet Big Dawg, Alexis, and Candy! Actually I met more people this year than I thought I was going to be able to! The crowds were suffocating at times! Thanks to everyone else who stopped by to say hi! See you all again!
Probably one of the best unknown chile festivals is the Bowers Chili Pepper Festival in Bowers, PA. It’s in the middle of vast amounts of corn, with no signs. Yet THOUSANDS of Chile-heads show up for the two day event. Only problem is that it’s the same weekend of Zestfest in Texas….
