Chipotle Tip

Ever open a can of chipotle peppers and wonder what to do with the rest?

If your recipe calls for just one or two peppers, freeze the rest individually in an ice-cube tray.

Plop one pepper into each compartment with a little bit of the adobo sauce, then freeze.

When they are fully frozen, pop them out of the tray and drop into a labeled freezer-safe, zip-top bag. Read More…
