Along with offering signature margaritas and the best north side craft beer selection that includes 80 plus bottled beers and 11 interesting and unique drafts, Hot Shotz will allow guests to fire up their food orders with over 50 varieties of hot sauces featured on their prominent “Wall of Flame,” a focal point of the restaurant.
“I wanted a robust menu to draw patrons in, a relaxed atmosphere to make them want to stay and socialize, and a unique concept that would make them want to tell their friends about us,” said Brian Graham, Founder of Hot Shotz Ale & Grill. He continued, “There are several restaurant choices for business meetings or even a girl’s or a guy’s night out on the north side, but I think we offer something those chain places can’t ““ style and personality.”
The Hot Shotz sauce selection caters to the faint of heart all the way up to the fire sauce dare devil with five heat levels; level one being the lowest hotness level and level five being the hottest. Samples will be offered so guests can judge where their personal fortitude lies.
With main course favorites such as Turkey Club Wrap, Salmon Salad, a Cuban Sandwich, and the tender 9 oz. Hanger Steak, along with popular appetizers like wings and fire cheese, the food selection is sure to please every palate.
There will also be a culinary twist that other Indianapolis restaurants do not embrace, featured recipes on the menu will call for beer in the food preparation in order to add just the right flavors to compliment the dish.
