Part Deux: Hot Chick Hot Rod Stoner BBQ

Hot Chick Hot Rod Stoner BBQ
It’s finger-lickin’ good, y’all! Fire up the grill for a second round of hot chicks and good times, courtesy of this aptly named collection of heavy metal music, barbecue footage and — that’s right — award-winning recipes. Featured bands include Drunk Horse, Parchman Farm, the Suplecs, High on Fire and Trans Am, as well as videos from Alabama Thunderpussy, Fatso Jetson, Dirty Power, Hightower, Las Ultrasonicas and Totimoshi.

After much convincing from Biggles, I found myself adding Hot Chick Hot Rod Stoner BBQ to my Netflix queue. After watching the first in the Hot Stoner Chick BBQ series, I had serious doubts about watching number 2. It wasn’t the content in the first version that I didn’t agree with – it was all the editing and mini musical montages that could give a weaker stomach motion sickness.

On to my video notes:

“Floor it bitch!”

Air, spark and fuel – the three things that make both BBQ & cars work. I must say – these chicks do know their BBQ

A Few of The Junkyard Recipes

Potato Packets
Coarsely chop potatoes, coat with sea salt and black pepper, toss in some oregano and garlic powder. Don’t forget the cayenne pepper, freshly chopped garlic, chopped red bell pepper, basil, chopped red onions and coat with olive oil.

Keep everything lubricated. Only use extra virgin olive oil. Tone down the heat when cooking for a crowd, you don’t want to burn the asses of the honkeys in the crowd. Use 2-3 layers of aluminum foil for the foil packets and toss in butter. Wrap the packet.

Your grill is too hot if you can only hold your hand over the grill for a 5 count. Throw the packets on and move on to the sausages.

Beerboat Sausage
Raw Italian sausages (spicy & mild)
Beer
Onions
Use a few sheets of aluminum foil.

Fold the sheet of aluminum foil into a boat, place sausages in the boat and cover with chopped onions and beer. Let cook on the grill until the sausages are done. Prior to serving, remove the sausages from the beer bath and sear on the grill (for good grill marks). Put back into the beer bath and allow the crowds to dig in.

Bitchin’ Burgers
Serves 8
2lbs ground sirloin
2 eggs
6 finely chopped mushrooms
1 finely chopped onion
4 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 small can of black olives (optional)
2 big shakes of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder

Gently mix all the ingredients and then form little burger bowl and place gorgonzola inside. Cover with more meat so that the cheese is sealed inside. Throw on medium grill until done & top with a slice of Munster cheese – Enjoy!

I am definately going to make some of those burgers one of these days. The stoner part of this version doesn’t come in until later. But holy crap, that’s one of the fattest sacks I’ve ever seen!

If you’re a white ‘honkey’ that has a secret burning desire to learn the basics of BBQ rent this flick. These chicks know their BBQ and this video is a great “how to bbq” for Dummies (or should I say stoners).
