Yancey's Fancy Buffalo Wing Sauce Cheddar Cheese

Sundays are the only day that I get to really cook, and it’s usually breakfast around noon at our house. Today I was at the market and was cruising the cheese section to find a good sharp cheddar for my eggs when I happened across Yancey’s Fancy Buffalo Wing Cheese – WOW! If you can find this, then you have to try it. It’s made with Anchor Bar Original Wing Sauce, Habanero peppers, Jalapeno peppers and cayenne peppers. I’ve eaten a lot of pepper cheeses in my day and this one stands out among the best.

Buffalo Wing Sauce Cheddar Cheese

It’s softer then most processed cheeses and the cheese itself has a bit of a hot flavor to it. I sliced it up and we ate in some english muffin egg sandwiches for breakfast this morning. The cheese really added to the overall flavor and I’ll have to say that it had more heat then any other cheese I’ve tried as of late. Very tasty!
