I was asked to put a picture up of Blair’s #1 3AM; so it is.
Blair said this bottle was made nine years ago and it was in the possession of an employee at peppers.com ever since it was purchased at a show in Reno. It went up on ebay this past holiday season. After a successful bidding war, I received confirmation that I had the highest bid. From me asking Blair about the legitimacy of the bottle, he must have contacted the peppers.com employee and the discussion of fixing any problems in the wax came up. After shipping back and forth I received my prize.

WOW that is a great prize. Enjoy it. Was the new wax the same color as the old wax? Looks like a 2am. Speaking of which a 2AM prototype was on ebay a couple of weeks ago.
Yes, the exact same color scheme…and another thing of note…the sticker on the bottom says 2AM and it has two little round yellow stickers saying “keep out of reach of children” on two sides.
Anyone have a clue who owns #1 Le Million, 5AM, 2AM, 04/05 Halloween and Holiday Reserves, B-99, N-59?

I have received a receipt of payment, but no shipping email yet. I had problems with my Paypal account and spent 4 hrs on the phone with them yesterday over it. I hope it didn’t cost me a Zero. Creator, I understand if you have to pass mine on to someone else, it was not youy fault. Paypal hosed my address info. I hope I got it straightened out in time.

And to bring my comment back on topic, nice bottle there thakswet, I know you had waited a while to receive. Looks like it was worth it.
With emails going back and forth, Blair knew immediatly that it was legit from the owners reputation. At first he couldn’t remember who he sold it to, but once I was able to get the peppers.com employee’s name and forward that to him, he knew right away.
I pretty sure Blair own’s the #1 Le Million.
You know its funny, out of all the Blair’s stuff i have I don’t have any #1’s on any series. The numbers are not really important to me. I just want to have one of the bottles. Now,If someone offers me a #1 for a good price or I happen to get one from blair…no complaints here!!
Hey Nick, I should send you some Smoked Brisket to try as the meat for a batch of chili with this product, might be kind of interesting.
That is such a cool bottle!! Being a relatively new collector myself, I cant even comprehend owning a #1 bottle of any of the AM series, or Caldera, actually any Blair reserve for that matter!
I’m pretty sure I saw someone mention on the extremefood chillihead section that they own the #1 Holiday 05 reserve, cant remember who though
