I, like most chileheads, subscribe to Chile Pepper Magazine. I’ve been a reader since 98, but only a subscriber since 2004. While in New Mexico I happened across two old issues of the magazine and picked them up for sh%&s and giggles.
This 1991 Chile Pepper Magazine was printed with mostly black and white

Pretty amazing how far the magazine has come.

I worked at the Chile Pepper Magazine in 1990. I loved working with Robert Spiegel and the other crew. What a fun job!
I have kept every copy of the magazine.
