Unfortunitly, due to being broke, I will not be in attendance this year, god I wish I could. I had so much fun with all of you last year!
I get there on Thurs. Feb 28th at around 6pm. I am staying at the Sandia Resort. Yesterday Mike was looking for help at HOT SHOTS so I will do what I can to help him out. SCOTTIES BLUES SAUCE will be for sale at the HOT SHOTS booth. With the help of HOT SHOTS I have changed my lable on the bottle so I can put different guitars that I own on the bottle. I still have about 20 or so old style bottles left that I will be selling and signing at the show.
If you are driving be safe on the road and for those of you that are flying have safe flights. See yah in ABQ!!!!!!
Maddie, Myself and some odd assortment of cronies will be in attendence driving from beautiful Rockport Tx. leaving on Tuesday. Hope to see everyone there!
I live here in Albuquerque, so you know I’ll be there. I should have some sample bottles to hand out as well.
Yuppers I am there Friday afternoon. Scottie, good tasting hot sauce, I got some from Mike at the Weekend of Fire.

I’ve got a conflict. I was looking forward to hanging out with everyone again. I’m going to shoot for ZestFest or one of the other big events this summer. DK, you’ll need to take my place selling raffle tickets in a drunken stupor for the THTs. Make sure you wear your mandals, Truth won’t have it any other way.
The Association of Defcon Acolytes will be in attendance. I’ll be bringing a wheelbarrow for my liver.

In 2007 the snow how it fell,
the planes were canceled, it was hell,
Cheffy and Bob oh my how sad,
missed out on the fun to be had.
Packages of goodies had been sent,
into everyone else those goodies went,
we watched on the internet, sad but true,
we got drunk for solace, what else could we do.
Bad weather and planes is to much a strain,
so Bob and Cheffy are taking the choo choo train,
leaving Des Moines on Wednesday around 5oclock,
we arrive in Albuquerque, Thursday at 3pm at the ole train dock.
2008 will be a great year,
full of fun and great cheer,
we can’t wait to see all the gang,
with everyone we can’t wait to hang.
I will be there again, looking forward to hangin with everyone again. Good thing you are tight with security MSK, so we can drink our coffee in peace sitting in the lobby again?

I don’t think security is the problem. It is the band that sometimes does not want others they don’t know to sit in and use their gear. If I knew things would be great with my guitar I would try to bring one. I am just afraid that my guitar would not make it to ABQ or back to Detroit on the way home. Danny I heard is going to bring some harps so we might just get a jamm going somewhere.

Actually, we are “tight” with security after $1300+ in equipment was stolen from our booth last year during set up, and NOTHING was done about it.
Tight = pissed off at.

That REALLY SUCKS!!!!! All of that on film and nothing was done about it????
If you can get the pictures blown up that would really be COOL to ID the people that were involved. Can you imagine the people coming up to your booth and seeing their pictures blown up like in the post office. I would pay to see the looks on their faces! Thanks for the advice we will keep a tighter grip on things at HOT SHOTS.

Sitting in the Melbourne Australia airport right now, killin’ time till I take off for ABQ. Should land there Wed evening. Dinner planned at the Range in Bernalillio on Thursday after set up.
