Blane learning how to drive so people don’t have to keep giving him rides to every hot sauce event within 1000 miles (and boy, are they sick of it!).
After a few beers, Blane mistook a plate for the short bus steering wheel! “Helmets on folks, I’m driving!”
Blane demostrating how he reamained safe in his go cart during the races. “One: helmet on. Two: two plates tied together and wrapped around mid section (for extra padding in case of crash). You can never be too careful my Mommy always says.”

Hey Blane! What’s up man! I’m gettin ready to crash here, still have not gotten a full nights sleep yet. Funy thing happened on my way home last night, i blew by my exit by about 30 miles, cost me an extra hour getting home! Figures huh!? ๐
One thing I have to say here. Meeting Blane was by far one of the highlights of my trip. Totally unexpected to see him. From what I hear, the look on my face was just as priceless when I saw him! Luckily there was no camera at the time, so no Caption This contest for that one!
Finally meeting TracyC, my partner in crime on the Short Bus was right there with Blane, and seeing bigshow again was like meeting up with an old friend. And it’a really hard to leave CaJohn out of this list, since he actually tops it. I know that I’ve mentioned him already, but there’s no way possible to express the gratitude I feel toward him for being such a gracious host.
I really can’t wait to do this again next year. had such a wonderful time, and still am.
