Hate to say it… Great flavor… But on the mild side… You might have to kick it up a notch with a little extra sauce… I think the Wet bulb used on the cooking zapped some of the heat index.. So the talon has its distinct taste with little heat, Jims has nice hab BBQ flavor with little heat, oh well I guess thats why they call it a test..

Yeah, some good stuff. Wendy and I like to hit local grocery stores and such when we are in a new area. We like Hot Sauce of all kinds, from the cheap ones for .69 each all the way up to the big boy collector items and everything inbetween. We did pretty good so far this vacation and it’s not over yet. We are heading down south to my folks for the weekend and we should be able to land a few then as well.

I found lots like it. Chose that one mostly because of the older look and feel to it. And the pics of you guys were a little grainy, so it just seemed to fit better.
