Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
Thank you to every chilehead out there that has made the HSB what it is. As I’ve said many times, the HSB is all about the love of the chilehead community and what keeps me going is the positive feedback from the readers. So a big thank you to everyone that reads and everyone that comments. Without the interaction we wouldn’t be the big dysfunctional family we are and that’s what Thanksgiving is all about!
Dinner Menu to be served later:
Chipotle Southwest Turkey w/ Turkey sausage, sage & chestnut stuffing
Cornbread and Fritos Dressing
Gravy
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Creamed Spinach
Cranberry Sauce
Pumpkin Pie

Heck I just started on the hind Qt of the deer we got last night we cook it over a open bon fire. OMG Billy Bob just brought another deer he found along the road on the way here. We give Thanks again were eaten good tonight.
