Data Analyst – It’s not as bad as you might think!

Usually Guinness, but sometimes real ales of varous kinds if available and well kept. Found in the pub maybe one night in 14, usually for no more than a couple of hours. Most drinking carried out in the polytunnel with the chilli plants… basically because my partner in crime in that respect buys Newcastle Brown wholesale…

Chinese takeout last night, athough I’m eyeing up a bag of pretzels right now… yup… there they go…
Last hotsauce I had was some of my own scotch bonnet sauce (with clemetines and chipotles – very nice!) The last proprietary one would have been (liberal amounts of) Blair’s Original Death Sauce on a grilled cheese sandwich

I’ve been lurking for over a year… Can’t think quite where I ran into hotsauceblog… probably found sweatnspice and linked across from there.

Depends. Bath if I’m at home… mainly because we don’t have a shower…
7. Weekends: Rest time or party time? What when and where?
I might go fr a few beers on a Friday (like half the world), but aside from that, I’m generally at home with Mrs and Baby K… and usually working harder than I do during the week trying to get the house back in order.
8. Cooking: Hot peppers or hot sauce?
Peppers in the main. I’m growing a LOT of peppers, and there aren’t many readilly available decent sauces in this part of the UK, so I don’t get to buy as many of the sauces as I’d like unless I make the effort to order online and then stay home from work to pick up the packages. I tend to use hotsauces that lend themselves well to being added on the side, and tend to do that.

* 1. What do you do as your occupation? I have been a Chef for over 20 years, and currently I own and run a BBQ restaurant in Johnston Iowa.

* 3. What was the last thing you ate? What was the last hot sauce you used? The last thin I ate was some smoked chicken from the restaurant. The last time I used hot sauce it was Blair’s Sweet Death on some homemade Crab Rangoons.

* 6. Shower or Bath? Oh my, shower when I am by myself and bath with the wife.
* 7. Weekends: Rest time or party time? What when and where? My weekends are at the restaurant. So the wife and I have weekends in the first part of the week when the restaurant is slower. We have friends and usually spend time with each other at our homes.

Peppers. Do not actually apply extract to a hot surface because it will just bubble and lift right into the air and into any apparatus you use to breathe. Then you choke.

Usually rest, but occasionally a get the urge for a road trip. Used to mountain bike a lot, but have gotten slack the last 3 yrs.

mostly hot sauce as I don’t keep a lot of fresh peppers at home. I eat out a lot, and when I do cook it is usually something quick. Prepping veggies and such just takes too long, so I usually throw something together quick and smother it with sauce at the table.

Hot, but I don’t have cable so don’t watch her show(s?). Usually catch her when visiting mom, so not a lot to base an opinion on.

Plain old Vanilla. My fav is Pet Homemade Vanilla. but to be honest, As long as it’s cold, I’ll eat any flavor put before me.

Zoo was good, we were there ALL day. Got there at 10 and got home at 7. Gotta love the 5 oclock traffic situation coming out of the Bronx into Jersey. Good times! lol Anyway, we had fun, a little sad seeing all the animals on red alert for extinction though. Tomorrow is the county fair down in South Jersey somewhere.

The Garden is starting to come back around after all that rain. Picked some tomatoes,cuke’s and bell peppers today they were awesome in my salad. I am glad to hear you had a good day, sounds like it would have been fun.

HSB is the only food related BLOG I read. I stop in at least daily for the great reviews and current news on my favorite hot sauce makers.

I first found my way here by doing a search enging search (Google) for hottest hot sauces. This lead me to the SweatNSpice hottest hot sauce table, and from that site to the HSB.
