Congratulations guys, this was fun. I wish more people would have participated. I know we have some professional chefs out there, and I would have liked to see what they could bring to the table.

I made the chili spiced turkey a couple weeks ago to try it out. Pretty tasty though it needed something to make it “pop”.

In the U.S. people have been celebrating Thanksgiving and are feasting on Turkey leftovers by now. In the world of anglophile food blogs, everything seems to be humming Thanksgiving, although there is so much more to discove
