Take my advice, don’t go see the Bodies Exhibit and the movie Hostel on the same weekend. It may put you off meat for a while, even a beautiful prime rib like the one below.
Then again, that prime rib was pretty tasty. I made it with a rosemary, garlic and thyme crust & served with the au jus. One fine meal, even after all the jerky and brutality earlier in the day.
