A fellow HSB memeber recently sent me this engraved knife as a token of his appreciation of all things HSB related. This is definately one of the coolest gifts I’ve recieved and just in time for my birthday no doubt. Yes folks, today I turn the big 2-5 – let the celebrating begin! Actually, probably won’t do much until this weekend – Tuesdays are not the best party night of the week.
But this knife it really, really cool – and it’s 1 of 1 – the only Hot Sauce Blog Knife in existence! 🙂 A big public chilehead thank you to the reader that sent this in.

First, Lee, I am a Dudette! 😉 LOL I was just making fun of him. A “whippersnapper” (maybe I spelled it wrong, is what the old folk call, or used to, us younger folk. (Although I was getting my drivers permit when Nick was born!) I am surprised you never heard that phrase before!

Happy B-day. That is a great knife (even better with HSB on it). Kershaw makes an awsome product. I use a few Ken Onion designed chef knives for special events (not daily line abuse). I love them.
