This was a bit of a lucky dip purchase. While buying some chipotle’s I though I might as well get some sauce while I’m here. It wasn’t a bad choice all in all, its a rich chilli mayonnaise or salad dressing with a reasonable amount of heat, certainly better than the mayonnaise with a ‘hint of chilli’ were used to in UK supermarkets.
