Having just received my new smoker and Grill Stock being just around the corner, it seemed like the perfect time to open this one up. The first thing that struck me was the consistency, its a thick sauce with lots of chunky bits.
The Chipotle flavour is quite mild with onion and tomatoes also noticeable.

This reminds me of a good tangy relish, I’m smoking a pork shoulder today, this is going to be perfect in a pulled pork sandwich!
