Tonight on the live show we’re trying out a hot sauce proudly produced in North Carolina. Island Time Hot Pepper Sauce wasn’t originally on the show for tonight, but they got lucky. In fact, their product wasn’t even scheduled yet! Take this as a lesson hot sauce makers. A little perseverance pays off! They sent us this product out of the blue and now it’s getting reviewed.
