The smell of this sauce is wonderful, that slightly citrus aji Limon aroma is very tantalising. I’ve never had a bad ‘lemon drop’ sauce, its a gorgeous pepper and this sauce lets it shine through.
Aside from the peppers, just cider vinegar and lemon juice make up this sauce, a good thing I think. Too many ingredients just for the sake of it could ruin what is such a great tasting pepper to start with.
