On opening, the first thing that hit me was the smell of pickled onions. The vinegar is way down the ingredients list and is quite mild to the taste, hints of celery and garlic are also present. The heat is provided by red habanero’s and creeps up on you slowly but surely.
Despite it being top of the ingredients list, the mango is overpowered by other flavours and barely detectable.

A nice sauce but I’m not a fan of mango’s, just knowing its in there may be swaying my judgement.
